Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Clariantix Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Clariantix subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and payments and handles refunds in accordance with its Refund Policy and Checkout Buyer Terms.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, you may use any of the following methods:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund directly from Paddle.
- Locate your Paddle order receipt email and use the "Manage your subscription" or "Contact support" link.
- Email us at billing@clariantix.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Please include your order ID, the email address used at checkout, and a brief reason for the refund request so we can process it as quickly as possible.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time through the self-service billing portal (linked from your Clariantix account settings) or via Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; access to the Services continues until the end of the current paid period.
If a subscription renews and you have not used the Services in the new billing period, you may request a refund of the renewal charge within 30 days of the renewal date by contacting us or Paddle as described above.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for charges older than 30 days, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Custom enterprise contracts and annual commitments executed under a signed order form are governed by the refund terms set out in that order form.
